EducationJohns Hopkins - BA, Public Health/Pre-Medicine
ExperienceI obtained a degree in public health with a concentration in biology from John Hopkins University. I took two additional semesters of chemistry; general and organic concentrations, as well as a course in physics. I developed a passion for science while at John Hopkins. I found that I enjoyed teaching scientific principles to students, almost as much as I had enjoyed learning about them myself. I have an in-depth knowledge of the hardships students face today as active and engaged students. While in school, I balanced a heavy academic case load, led the varsity football team as captain, and belonged to a fraternity organization. My tenacity and hard work paid off though as I will be a first year medical student at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the fall. I intend to use my life experiences and knowledge to motivate students to achieve their maximum potential. I am prepared to continue as a tutor in advanced placement physics, chemistry, epidemiology, and biology. Additionally, I will help students prepare for MCAT testing. Please contact me by email, if you have any additional questions.
